Please confirm that you have read the following policies and procedures before completing your registration.

There is no longer a vaccine requirement for indoor classes. All of our teachers are vaccinated and encouraged to keep up with recommended boosters.

Masks
Masks are optional for participants unless mandated by the city. If a mask mandate returns, teachers will continue to NOT wear masks because of the exception granted to speakers and broadcasters. 

Classroom management of masks and social distancing
Teachers will not be policing masks or social distances among the children. We want everyone to feel safe but we also understand that children wander and explore and try to connect. Children will not be forced by the teachers to socially distance. They will be allowed to roam the space. If you feel that things are getting too close for your comfort during class, you can create a greater distance by standing up. The classrooms are also large enough that you can move out of the circle in order to create a greater distance for yourself. 

Wellness Check
Before you leave home please do a self assessment and stay home if you or anyone in your household is showing any of the following symptoms: fever, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, or new loss of taste or smell. Please stay home and schedule a make-up if you have been in close contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

Sharing Instruments
Instruments and props will be available for use at your own risk for indoor classes only. Families who do not wish to use class instruments may bring their own. 

Indoor Class Cancellations
If local governments change COVID-19 protocols, the director of this program may move classes outdoors or online at his discretion. There will be no refunds or credits due to moving outdoors or online. If new developments alter the rate of spread, the director may decide to temporarily move a class outdoors. There will be no refunds.

Phones and cameras
Phone are not allowed in class. Photos and video of our classes are absolutely not allowed. We try to create an environment where music is the focus. Phones must remain unseen for the duration of the class.

By checking this box you understand that you are responsible for ensuring that any adult that brings your child to class is aware of our guidelines. Our teachers will not have time to instruct an adult who has not been fully informed of this agreement. There will be no exceptions and no refunds.
